1. About Milespire

This website is operated by Milespire LLP ("Milespire", "we", "us" or "our"). We provide sales consulting, sales-funnel strategy, customer-support outsourcing, website development, search engine optimization (SEO), performance marketing and related growth services. 2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful business enquiries and to learn about our services. A project begins only when the parties agree the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form or service agreement.

4. Proposals, scope and fees

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, revision limits and any recurring services are defined in the written agreement for that engagement. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that project.

5. Sales consulting and growth advice

Our recommendations are based on the information available, professional judgment, testing and the agreed scope. Business performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, offer, sales team, competition, budget, implementation quality and customer demand. We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, rankings or other commercial outcomes.

6. SEO and performance marketing

Search engines, advertising platforms and social platforms are independent third parties whose algorithms, policies, costs and availability can change. We do not guarantee a specific search position, advertising approval, cost per lead, return on ad spend or platform availability. Media spend, platform charges and third-party fees are separate unless a written proposal expressly states otherwise.

7. Website development

Website projects may depend on hosting providers, WordPress, plugins, APIs, fonts, analytics tools and other third-party technology. Unless expressly included in the project scope, ongoing hosting, maintenance, premium licenses, security monitoring, content updates and third-party subscriptions are the client's responsibility after handover.

8. Customer-support outsourcing

Where Milespire provides outsourced customer service, the client is responsible for supplying accurate product information, policies, escalation rules, authorized scripts and any legally required notices. Access permissions, customer-data handling, service levels, quality controls and security responsibilities must be agreed before live customer information is processed.

9. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely approvals, access, materials, credentials, legal claims, pricing, offers, trademarks and other information supplied to us. The client confirms that it has the right to use materials it provides and that its products, services and instructions comply with applicable law and platform policies.

10. Intellectual property

Milespire retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, know-how, reusable components, internal tools and materials unless agreed otherwise. Ownership or license rights for project-specific deliverables are set out in the applicable client agreement. Website content, design elements and Milespire branding may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission except where law permits.

11. Case studies, examples and testimonials

Any fictional or illustrative case study is clearly identified as such and is intended only to explain a possible engagement structure. We do not present fictional brands or illustrative figures as real client results. Real client names, logos, testimonials or results are published only where we have appropriate permission.

12. Confidentiality and data protection

Confidentiality, data-processing responsibilities and any access to customer or prospect information are handled according to the applicable client agreement and our Privacy Policy. Website enquiries submitted through our forms are used to respond to the request and are sent to our published business email, info@itsmilespire.com, as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Third-party links and services

This website may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

14. Availability and changes

15. Liability

Liability relating to paid client work is governed by the limitation and risk provisions in the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Governing terms and legal details

Before launch, insert your registered legal entity name, registered/business address and governing law in the Milespire Site Settings or final legal review. If a specific client agreement contains a governing-law or dispute-resolution clause, that clause applies to that engagement.
